These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors a range of auto cleaning products and accessories for consumer use.
By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions.

Payment

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 13 years of age to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. The prices we charge for our our products are listed on the website. The total cost of each order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges based on the selected delivery service. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Customers are responsible for confirmation that they are authorised for the selected payment method. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of a payment card refuses authorisation for any reason Get Off will not be held liable for any shipment delay or non-delivery. Get Off reserves the right to cancel any orders for products placed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur..

Shipping

Shipping prices are clearly stated with each product and displayed upon checkout.
• Once purchase is confirmed shipping costs cannot be refunded or claimed if a replacement or refund is requested.
• We will pay for replacement shipping on any valid replacement claim (see replacement section)
• The return of the original product for valid replacement claims is the responsibility of the customer.
• Free shipping applies only to selected items and
• on purchases totalling $80.00 or over

Exchange Policy

In the event that you would like to exchange your purchased Get Off product please email us first at admin@getoff.co.nz within 14 days of purchase. Or call 021353159
Once you have received your email with a valid exchange claim, and accepted it we will exchange the product/s.
To be eligible for an exchange on your purchase:
• Email claim must be made within must be within 14 days of purchase
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• It must also be in the original unopened packaging
• Items can only be exchanged for other products that are current on the website Getoff.co.nz and shipping costs will be incurred by the customer for the relevant exchanged products.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of your Get Off order.
• Return postage is at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• It can take 5 working days for your parcel to reach us dependent on the courier’s service that is used. Once we receive your parcel we will inspect and process your exchange within 2 working days.
• You will receive an email update upon the completion for your exchange.

Replacement / Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that you have an issue or are not happy with your purchased Get Off product please email us first at admin@getoff.co.nz within 14 days of purchase.
Once you have received a return email with valid return claim, and we have accepted it we will replace or refund the product.
To be eligible for a replacement / refund
• Email claim must be made within must be within 14 days of purchase
• You will need to send it in the original packaging (if possible) with its included accessories and and we will replace it (like for like) or offer a refund based upon the original payment method)
• The customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
• If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.
• We may, without prior notice, change the products; stop providing the products we offer.
• We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the products without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Discount codes

• Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Get Off reserves the right to refuse any code that they deem invalid or fraudulent.
• Offers and discounts are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your consumer rights.
• If the discount is applied and the order price is reduced below the minimum shipping costs, any free shipping will be removed.
• Get Off reserves the right to (i) cancel discount codes at any time; (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s benefit from them; (iii) amend these terms and conditions; and (iv) limit the number of code redemptions online.
• Discount codes do not affect postage unless otherwise stated.
• Postage is calculated after discount codes are added.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos for our web and social sites.

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of S&R Guthrie Ltd Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

Right to suspend or cancel user account

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold S&R Guthrie Ltd harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the products offered on the website.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall S&R Guthrie Ltd be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the products To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, S&R Guthrie Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
